I've said it before and I'll say it again adequate exercise is only a tenth of the battle , a great majority of the war is with healthy eating.  I tell my clients all the time that diets are no good 👎. They're not satisfying, they're temporary and oftentimes they can cause one to binge eat because after a meal you're still hungry!
