Sun salutations to you 🌞. I'm coming to you today with another blog post discussion. Let's take a little bit of different route and talk about getting your internal health in check.

Taking it from the top...literally; next to your heart your brain is one of the most important organs in your body. Fish oil provides an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids which is great for overall brain and cognitive functionality. Fish oil is said to aid with various heart diseases, high cholesterol, depression, anxiety, ADHD, along with diabetes, cancer amongst other things. In other words you need to make fish oil apart of your life.

According to certain studies, it is said that taking a vitamin supplement or eating food that contains the omega-3 fatty acids, such as fish, a few times a week ought to be sufficient enough for a relatively healthy adult. However if you suffer from heart disease or high cholesterol a dosage of 1000 mg is recommended. And if you decide to take a vitamin supplement, the fish oil capsules can be found at most local stores.

The benefits of this supplement goes beyond brain power as mentioned above. Fish oil is known to aid in improving your mood. With the high levels of Omega-3 acids, it makes easier for serotonin, aka the ‘feel good’ chemical, to move through the membranes. Those Omega-3 fatty acids also help with the woes of menstruation and pregnancy, by decreasing inflammation in the body that causes the pain. It can also help the ol’ ticker; fish oil consumption can optimize the heart's function and increase HDL cholesterol, better known as the ‘good cholesterol’. Regular doses of the vitamin can help ward away the symptoms of macular degeneration or Dry Eye Syndrome at an early age. Though nobody really wants to talk about it, for those suffering from irritable bowel syndrome just know that fish oil can restore balance in your stomach and reduce any inflammation or upset that's causing the discomfort. Urban legend even has it that fish oil can help boost the bounce in your bosom and booty. If consumed or applied directly to the area of improvement the fatty acids can be absorbed in the skin causing an increase in ‘good fat’, however there isn't any known medical evidence that proves that theory.

As you can see the benefits of this super supplement is limitless and anyone who indulges in this vitamins is living proof of the great things it can do. Try it and see how it works for you. Be sure you discuss with your doctor the adequate dosage amount for you before starting a daily regimen.
