The Dolo/Duo Sessions are single one on one private sessions where the instructor can come to you or you can come to the instructor and enjoy the experience of your own personal yoga class!
Dolo Sessions are single yoga sessions where it's just you and the instructor engaging one on one whereas Duo Sessions are partner sessions, where you, your spouse, friend, family member, or coworker can participate in a one on one session! Both sessions include up to:
45 minutes of yoga instruction customized to your needs
Up to 15 minutes of guided meditation
An initial Health and Wellness Assessment
The Dolo/Duo Sessions are perfect for those who aren't quite comfortable with being in a classroom setting, those who are needing that personal attention, those whose schedule doesn't always allow for them to be in a yoga class, and those who just rather be home.
