Founder/Owner/Certified Yoga Instructor
Hello and salutations to you all!
My name is Shawnell Tillery, founder and owner of Afrochick Yoga. And I am honored that you've taken the time to visit our website!
As an enthusiast, practitioner and certified instructor of yoga and meditation, I am tremendously moved by the opportunity to assist others in achieving their health and wellness goals. I take pride and refuge in knowing that I've helped someone push past their limitations and come that much closer to their vision. Although I've been practicing yoga for some time, it took me going through a personal challenge in order for me to really make it apart of my life. Since then, I've made it my personal mission to create a space where one can be guided on the path of understanding the 'True Self' in every aspect; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Here, we believe that 'yoga is as natural as you are' and we are here to guide, encourage, and support you on the road to a better you!
Thank you for your time and energy, I am truly humbled by it. Namaste
